Packaging Leakage Tester C660B is designed for the leak test of pouches, bottles, pipes, cans and boxes for foodstuff, pharmaceutical, medical, daily chemistry, automotive, electronic components, stationary and other industries. It also applies to the leak test of specimens that have undergone falling tests and pressure resistance tests.

Principle:
Immerge the specimen in the water and vacumize the test chamber to form the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the specimen. Observe the leakage behavior of the specimen and how the specimen expands and restores to its original shape after vacuum release to determine the sealing properties of the specimen.

C690H Nondestructive Package Leak Detector is based on the testing principle of the vacuum decay method, designed and manufactured according to ASTM F2338. It is professionally suitable for batch sealing leak detection of vials, and trace leakage detection of ampoule, cartridge bottles, infusion bottles, prefilled syringes and other pharmaceutical packaging.

Principle:
The sample is placed in the sample feeder and automatically delivered into the test cell. The leak rate and other results can be calculated and obtained by analyzing pressure changes measured by the sensor.
